Egg Rolls Two Ways

Egg Rolls Two Ways

Prep Time: 15 minutes


Cook Time: 3-5 minutes


Servings: 8-10


  • 10 egg roll wrappers

  • 2 cups of your desired filling (either dessert or savory filling)

  • Honey (for dessert egg rolls)

  • Ice cream (for dessert egg rolls)

  • Your favorite dipping sauce (for savory egg rolls)


  • Lay egg roll wrappers on a flat surface.
  • Dollop about 2 spoonfuls of desired mixture into the center of each wrapper.
  • Using a basting brush, brush a little water or egg wash on all four sides of each wrapper to     help seal the filling.
  • Fold three sides of wrapper to form an “envelope” out of the wrapper.
  • Roll the wrapper closed, making sure no filling is escaping the wrapper.
  • Drop egg rolls into 325-350 degree oil and fry until golden brown.
  • Drizzle with desired sauce and serve.
